Oh man oh man oh man....I went this afternoon and had a fantastic massage at Elements Therapeutic Massage Carefree and Powers...right by Super Target! My therapist was Shelly and I gotta say...I was a little tense before I went in...and after an hour...stress and tension gone! Amazing! I will say this, Shelly, has recommended that I see her every other week...and I know she is right! There are some days when I really believe that my shoulders are up to my ears with tension. Not any more!!!
Elements Therapeutic Massage just had their Grand Opening Celebration last weekend...so serene, so peaceful and by far the best experience I have had in a long time.
