Ok...so I now have 2 days at Farrell's under my belt (so to speak)...Let me just give you a little recap of what I have done over the past two days:
Monday...first night of kick boxing...I learned how to wrap my wrists and actually put on my boxing gloves for the very first time! They look like giant pillows on my hands...but I am convinced that by the end of 10 weeks...I am going to be a kickboxing master!! And how about this...Jenny, the instructor...totally kicked our butts!!! She's one tough cookie. I thought for sure I wouldn't make it....but after the class...I actually felt better!! So...I decided Night two was a MUST....
Last night was our upper body workout...using resistance bands (who would have thought that bigg rubber bands would be so tough)!!
We worked every muscle in our upper bodies...my goal is to upgrade from beginner yellow to a tougher band in the first 5 weeks....wish me luck!
Night 3 is tonight....more kick boxing...I can't wait...it really does relieve a lot of stress and what better way to get rid of it thatn beating the crap out of a bag!!
And as an added bonus...I'm eating better and getting in shape...I'm calling it my FAT FREE FALL!!! Or "SVELT BY SEPTEMBER"...either way...I'm doing this...and it feels great! More infor for YOU right here=====> http://extremebodyshaping.com/locations_main.php?lid=35
