So I went to my evaluation on Saturday at Farrell's. You never really realize just how out of shape you really are until you are asked how many puch ups can you do? How many sit ups? And the worst of all thing to discover...is just how hard it is to run a mile outside!!! By the way in case you are wondering...if you lap Costco's parking lot THREE times...it's a mile!! And it took me such a long time...I walked most of the way! But I have faith that when I am asked to do it again in 5 weeks...I will be much better....and at the end of 10 weeks...a rockstar!!!
I am also happy to say that I am now the proud owner of boxing gloves....I'm not sure what to do with them yet...but again...in 10 weeks...I know I will know what to do!! I am so ready to get my butt kicked into shape!! Woot woot!! 10 weeks to transformation! It begins with the first class tonight....

I joined 24 hour Fitness and I thought I was in fairly good shape cause I could do 50 sit-ups all at once. The trainer I had made me do them slow, that is slow going up and slow going down. He had me do them so slow that I was only able to do 15 of them. Yeah everything we did was slow and it was a killer. I was really sore for the first week. Maybe we can run around the Costco parking lot together when you get better at it. I am not good at running anymore like I was years ago. Love riding my Bike on the bike trails at Gooose Gossage park. Ride from Fillmore to the Cat Country Studios and back. They are nice trails and do you give you a nice workout. Good luck with your Extreme Body Shaping. Can't wait to see what you look like when the 10 weeks have gone by.

The trainer I had made me do them slow, that is up slow and down slow, so I could only get 15 of them done, and it was harder that way then doing the 50 fast. Yeah all he had me do was real slow and it about killed me. The first week was the worse, my body was aching all over. It gets better after that. I love riding my bike on the trails at Goose Gossage. You can ride from Fillmore to the Cat Country Studios and back. They are very nice trails and it does give you a good workout too. Keep with it and I can't wait to see the body transformation you will have at the end of the 10 weeks.
